Check-in Notice
01 / No smoking in rooms or premises of Real Life hotels.
02 / Parties or events are not allowed. Please keep voice down during the evenings. If RL gets multiple notice from other guest complaining, we will have to report to police and cancel reservation.
03 / Please do not use VPN service. The service will cause the whole buildings internet router to malfunction. Please do not move the router.
04 / RL will provide enough amenities to your room depending on the length of stay of our guests. Items will not be reple- nished and guests will need to purchase if needed.
05 / Check out time is 11:00 am. Please let us know prior if you need late check out, charges will apply when requested.
06 / If damages occur during your stay, after check out the hotel will ask for fair compensation.
07 / Should you require to leave your luggage with us, please inform us in the group chat and you may leave your luggage on the hallway of the 1st floor.
08 / We provide shuttle service to the airport, please send a message in the group chat and we will provide you with a quotation.

We can arrange chartered car from our flat, please kindly check the price list below. Let us know at least 3 days ahead of your booking date. The price might vary when the reservation is too close to your booking date. We will make sure that you can have a nice tour of your chosen destinations.
Charter Service
You can select the tourist attractions you would like to visit. The driver will pick you up at our flat to take you to your destinations. Recommended routes is for reference only. Please discuss with us if you need more detailed planning. Extra charge may be applied for special requests.

Overtime Charge : 5,000 JPY/HR
