Photography & Filming Package 

• Booking: IIDABASHI-Dusk operates on a strictly by-reservation-only basis. Once a reservation is confirmed, please complete the payment within three days. Please notify us in advance if a receipt is required.

• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, wire transfer, and online credit card payments are accepted.

• Deposit & Final Payment: A 30% deposit is required for reserving the space, wine, or other services to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be settled via bank transfer at least three days prior to your reservation date.

• Rescheduling & Cancellation: * Any scheduling inquiries or cancellations must be made at least one week in advance.

• For cancellations made more than one week notice, a processing fee will be charged based on the notice period.

• Cancellations made within one week of the reservation date are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

• Capacity: Maximum 10 guests

• Operating Hours: 09:00 – 22:00

• Rate: ¥50,000 per 4-hour session

• Session Timing: The booked duration includes setup and teardown/cleanup. Early entry or late departure is not permitted.

• Punctuality: Charging begins at the scheduled start time, regardless of late arrival.

• Promotions: For long-term rental inquiries, please contact our staff. If multiple promotions coexist, the most favorable rate will be applied.

• Parking: No private parking. Four paid parking lots are available nearby, and public transport is within a 3-minute walk.

• Food & Drink: No food or eating is permitted. Only water and bottled beverages are allowed. Please take all trash with you upon departure.

• Food Styling/Shooting: If your shoot requires food for photography purposes, please inform us in advance and maintain cleanliness. If stains or messes occur, you are responsible for cleaning or paying a restoration/cleaning fee.

• Pets: Strictly prohibited. Violation will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.

• Security: The premises are monitored by CCTV. For your privacy, please use the designated areas for changing clothes.

• Valuables: The venue is not responsible for lost items. Please look after your valuables and check for left-behind items before exiting.

1. Footwear Policy:

• The space is carpeted. Shoes are strictly prohibited; please remove them and use the provided shoe rack.

• Prop Shoes: Carrying or wearing your own "shooting shoes" to walk or pose inside the space is strictly prohibited to protect the carpet.

2. Electrical & Props:

• Please declare any electrical equipment in advance. IIDABASHI-Dusk is not liable for damage caused by improper usage. Any damage to the venue's electrical system will be charged at repair cost.

• Tripods/Grip: For tripods or heavy equipment, please provide your own cleaning cloths and "socks" (protective covers) to prevent carpet stains or floor scratches.

• Large Sets: Consult us before bringing large props. Lift all furniture and props when moving; do not drag. Any damage will be charged at the original purchase price.

3. Restricted Areas:

• Other floors are residential. Accessing or filming in non-rented areas is strictly prohibited.

• Do not open cabinets (except in the restroom). Contact staff if you have specific needs.

• Restoration: Return all furniture to its original layout and sort/dispose of trash. An extra cleaning fee starting from ¥30,000 (tax incl.) will be applied if the space is left excessively untidy or requires specialized cleaning.

• Compliance: We reserve the right to terminate the session immediately without refund if rules are repeatedly violated.

• Final Rights: IIDABASHI-Dusk reserves the right to make final modifications to these terms.
