• Capacity: Maximum 8 guests.
• Half-Day Meeting: ¥50,000 (09:00–13:00 or 14:00–18:00; 4 hours total).
• Full-Day Meeting: ¥80,000 (09:00–17:00; 8 hours total). Charging begins at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.

The Package Includes:
• Audio-Visual Equipment: Complimentary use of projector, screen, and audio system.
• Connectivity: Free high-speed Wi-Fi access.
• Tableware: Complimentary premium glassware and cutlery sets.
• Refreshments: Includes 2 bottles of still or sparkling water. Additional water, soft drinks, and capsule coffee are
available for pre-order .
• Wine Sourcing: Monthly curated wine lists (Champagne, Red/White, Sake) at exclusive prices. For prestigious
labels, please contact Dusk staff for inquiries.
• Outside Food: Permitted.
I. Reservation & Payment
• Booking: IIDABASHI-Dusk is strictly by-reservation-only. Payment must be transferred within 3 days of
booking. Please request receipts in advance.
• Rescheduling: Any changes must be requested at least one week in advance. We only accept rescheduling;
cancellations are not permitted.
II. Usage & Entry Policy
• Capacity: Maximum 8 guests.
• Half-Day Meeting: ¥50,000 (09:00–13:00 or 14:00–18:00; 4 hours total).
• Full-Day Meeting: ¥80,000 (09:00–17:00; 8 hours total). Charging begins at the scheduled time regardless of
late arrival.
• Outside Drinks: Strictly no outside alcohol. Selection of wines and soft drinks are available on-site. (For
specific wine purchases, we can refer you to moodswine.jp).
• Promotions: The most favorable rate will apply if multiple promotions coexist. For long-term rentals, please
contact our staff.
• Parking: No on-site parking. Four paid parking lots are nearby; public transport is a 3-minute walk away.
III. Code of Conduct
• Footwear: The space is carpeted. Shoes are strictly prohibited; please use the provided shoe rack.
• Pets: Strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
• Valuables: The venue is not responsible for lost items. Please keep valuables with you and check your
belongings before leaving.
• Cleaning: Please leave used glassware and tableware on the tables for our staff. Dispose of trash in the
designated bins.
• Energy Saving: Please turn off all lights, AC, and AV equipment upon departure.
IV. Equipment & Property Protection
• Walls: Walls are finished with Washi (Japanese paper). Do not tape or attach anything to the walls. Any
damage will incur repair fees.
• Power Usage: High-power electrical devices are prohibited without prior consent. Any damage caused by
unauthorized equipment is the user's responsibility.
• Equipment: Do not modify or damage provided equipment. Damages will be charged at the original purchase
price.
• Decorations: Please consult us before bringing large props. Lift furniture when moving; do not drag.
• Restricted Areas: Other floors are residential; access is strictly prohibited. Do not open cabinets (except in the
restroom).
V. Additional Terms
• Restoration: Please return furniture to its original layout and sort trash. An extra cleaning fee starting from
¥30,000 (tax incl.) will be charged if the space is left excessively messy.
• Compliance: IIDABASHI-Dusk reserves the right to terminate the session without refund if rules are repeatedly
violated.
• Final Rights: IIDABASHI-Dusk reserves the right to make final modifications to these terms.
