• Booking: IIDABASHI-Dusk operates strictly by reservation. Once confirmed, please complete payment within

   three days. Please notify us in advance if a receipt is required.

• Payment Methods: We accept Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer, and Online Credit Card payments.

• Deposit & Final Payment: A 30% deposit is required to secure the venue, wine, or other services. The

   remaining balance must be settled via bank transfer at least three days prior to your reservation date.

• Rescheduling & Cancellation:

   • Requests for changes or cancellations must be made at least one week in advance. Cancellations made with

      more than one week's notice will incur a processing fee proportional to the notice period.

   • Cancellations made within one week of the reservation date are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

• Capacity: Maximum 4 guests

• Duration: 4 hours per session

• Booking Hours: 09:00 – 23:00

• Fee: ¥100,000.

• Wine Pre-orders: A 30% deposit is required for any additional wine pre-orders.

• Outside Drinks: Strictly no outside alcohol or beverages are permitted. If you have specific needs, please

   consult us in

   advance. IIDABASHI-Dusk offers a selection of wines and soft drinks.

   • For individual bottle purchases (Red/White Wine), we will refer you to moodswine.jp, where a specialist will

      assist you.

 • Parking: No private parking. Four paid parking lots are available nearby, and public transport is a 3-minute

    walk away.

 • Footwear: The space is carpeted. Shoes are strictly prohibited; please use the provided shoe rack.

 • Pets: Strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

 • Valuables: The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your valuables with you and

    check your belongings before leaving.

 • Cleaning: Please leave used glassware and tableware on the tables for our staff to clean. Dispose of trash in

    the designated bins.

 • Energy Saving: Please turn off all lights, AC, and AV equipment upon departure.

• Walls: Walls are finished with Washi (Japanese paper). Do not tape or attach anything to the walls. Any

   damage will incur repair fees.

• Power Usage: High-power electrical devices are prohibited without prior consent. Users are fully liable for any

   damage or loss caused by unauthorized equipment.

• Decorations: Please consult us before bringing large props. Lift all furniture and props when moving; do not

   drag. Any damage will be charged at the original purchase price.

• Residential Zones: Other floors are private residential areas; access is strictly prohibited.

• Cabinets: Do not open any cabinets (except in the restroom). Please contact staff if you need assistance.

• Restoration Fee: Please return the furniture to its original layout and sort all trash. An extra cleaning fee starting

   from ¥30,000 (tax incl.) will be applied if the space is left excessively untidy.

• Compliance: IIDABASHI-Dusk reserves the right to terminate the session immediately without refund if rules

   are repeatedly violated.

• Final Rights: IIDABASHI-Dusk reserves the right to make final modifications to these terms.
